Welcome! I am licensed counselor, and a licensed and board-certified art therapist with over 10 years of experience. I am formally trained in IFS (Level 1) and EMDR (EMDRIA approved Basic Training). In addition to my clinical work, I serve as a board-approved supervisor for art therapists and counselors, and as an adjunct professor of art therapy and counseling. As your therapist, my primary goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where we can build a genuine, trusting, and supportive connection. From this foundation of safety, we will move at a pace that feels right for you, exploring your internal and external relationships with curiosity and compassion. I am honored to witness my clients’ healing journeys and to accompany them as they courageously navigate their unique paths through therapy.
